Chemours is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to join our growing team This position will be responsible for the design and maintenance of On-Premise Data Centers as well as IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS functions in Microsoft Azure and Enterprise Networking for both. Their primary objective will be to create a service delivery structure that is automation driven using a DevOps mindset. Strengths for the position would include Enterprise level industry experience and certifications such as ITIL, CSM, Azure (300 level preferred), PMP, etc. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following : Manage Infrastructure Operations and Enterprise Networking teams. Manage vendor relations and contracts for on premise datacenter, networking, MSP (Managed Service Provider), and others as needed. Create a standards-based and documented approach to Infrastructure Operations. Drive automation and configuration management processes for Infrastructure Platform Services. Lead Infrastructure project management. The following is required for this role : Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or High School diploma with 7-10 years of equivalent experience in a similar role. Previous leadership experience within an infrastructure role. Experience in cloud environments including Azure - design, management, and governance experience - PAASSAAS Infrastructure automation and configuration management experience.
