Idaho Timber is seeking an Office Assistant at its facility in Chadbourn, North Carolina.
Job Title: Office Assistant
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Performing wide variety of day-to-day clerical and office duties
- Answer phone and directing calls to on-site staff
- Manage inbound and outbound freight
- Process freight bills
- Daily & monthly reports
- Printing and maintaining inventory of barcodes
- Performing other projects and duties as assigned
- Typical work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime required
Required Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization
- Discretion with confidential information
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Relevant office experience
