Central Illinois' Premier Buy-Here/Pay-Here dealership is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate who is able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately. The Ideal candidate for this position will be an expert on all of the models that we sell, will deliver high quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle and financing that aligns perfectly with their needs. Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our current financing program and vehicle inventory and use that knowledge to help customers find what will fulfill their needs.
- Follow up with new and existing leads to grow our customer base.
- Assist in setting up the sales lot or the showroom floor.
- Work with the Sales/Finance Manager to develop sales agreements that benefit the company as well as the customer.
- Collaborate with our Sales/Finance Manager to obtain the required documents to secure financing with us.
- Maintain the appearance of all facilities including the building, inventory, and lot.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Previous car sales experience a plus.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Strong computer skills required.
- 1 years' experience in retail sales preferred.
- Previous CRM experience is desired.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and be able to handle more than 1 customer at a time.
Required Licenses or Experience
- Valid Illinois Driver's License is Required.
