Join a dedicated team of staff supporting a woman with developmental disabilities in her early
30's. This client is in the Carmel Mountain/Poway area of San Diego, California. This is a Female Only support position.
We have an immediate opening for work as a Female Only live-in Support Person. You will have your own
bedroom and bathroom. Free rent, plus compensation.
The Ideal candidate has enthusiasm, energy, consistency, patience and/or maturity. Should have
experience/knowledge of developmental disabilities and can demonstrate person-centered
behavioral management skills.
Responsibilities include supporting hygiene, assisting the client with cooking, cleaning,
household management skills, and life skills with verbal and visual prompts as well as role
modeling. Must be able to help schedule and take client to medical appointments. Live-in
roommate will also nurture and develop community connections, work toward independence
goals, cultivate hobbies, and more.

This is a paid position with a supported living agency that provides supported-living services to
individuals with developmental disabilities. All employment requirements, background checks,

MUST have a MINIMUM 1-year experience working with individuals with special needs.
Must have a reliable car, with current car Insurance, Pass Live Scan
CPR/First Aid certificate- company can provide registration to complete once hired
