Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Scribe to join our team. The Ideal scribe will work closely with our providers to assist with documentation and efficiency management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to real-time charting, retrieving medical records, documenting results, and will have a working knowledge of an EHR. Must be available on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Documenting patients’ visits by taking notes and entering them in the electronic health records system
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient documentation
• Coordinate with doctors to complete and submit medical records
• Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff
• Complete administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish
• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe in a plastic surgery clinic
• Ability to take detailed notes and accurate documentation
• Strong computer and transcription skills
• Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
