1. Production Assistant
Perfect for recent grads or career starters interested in digital marketing operations and graphic design.

What You’ll Do:
Assist with digital campaign setup and execution
Help manage production for client accounts
Support sales and media buying teams
Perform administrative and organizational tasks

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
A positive, self-motivated attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bonus: Graphic design experience with Adobe Suite

2. New Business Development Representative
Ideal for motivated professionals with sales or client-facing experience.

What You'll Do:

Prospect, identify, and engage new business opportunities
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound outreach
Clearly communicate iDrive Interactive’s value proposition to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy with marketing initiatives
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales activity targets and goals
Represent iDrive Interactive at select conferences, trade shows, or networking events (1–3 times/year travel outside Central PA required)

Required Qualifications:
Must be local to Central Pennsylvania area
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field OR at least 2 years of relevant business development or sales experience
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Enjoys building relationships and developing a loyal client base
Confident, results-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
Passionate about your work and delivering value to clients
Comfortable presenting ideas, handling objections, and driving conversations with C-level prospects

3. Account Manager (Media Buyer)
Support and grow client relationships through strategic account management.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client needs and communications
Coordinate with operations, sales, and accounting
Analyze stats and contribute to revenue growth
Handle administrative sales tasks

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years related experience
Interested in marketing, sales, and account management
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Friendly, organized, and results-driven
