What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Maintenance Technician position at IDS Blast?
We are seeking a Service Tech to join our team? You will maintain and repair production equipment as well as, service our rental equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Repair, install and adjust sandblasting equipment
- Trouble shoot and repair defective equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Track and record initial diagnosis, parts used and time
- Day travel to job sites
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience repairing machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting electrical and pneumatic equipment
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Mig welding experience
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must have a valid drivers license and reasonable driving record
