Therapist

The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting.

• Delivers clinical care, leads therapy groups, and develops treatment plans aligned with licensing standards.
• Diagnoses and treats mental health and co-occurring disorders, promoting recovery and autonomy.
• Coordinates care, collaborates with referral resources, and ensures effective documentation.
• Acts as a clinical resource, participates in supervision, and maintains professional development.
• Upholds confidentiality, professionalism, and core values, contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
  
  

Requirements include a Master’s-level license in Maine, experience in addiction treatment, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

The role offers full-time employment, benefits, and requires working Tuesday–Thursday, with on-call coverage as needed, within a residential treatment environment.
