Position Overview The Production Supervisor will provide direction and focus to a manufacturing Team to meet assigned objectives. In this role, you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. Production Supervisor Accountabilities Production:
Communicate job expectations; planning; Monitor, results and job results; Coach, counsel and discipline employees; own employee performance management process; Enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
Position Qualifications: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent experience Minimum Experience: 4-5 years experience in operations, equivalent leadership role running manufacturing operations. Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience Computer Skills
