Under the general direction of the Manager, Warehouse & Mailroom - Supply Chain Management, the Mailroom Processor - Supply Chain Management is responsible for mailroom coordination, collecting, processing, sorting, delivering, and receiving outgoing and interdepartmental mail packages and products, storage room maintenance, inventory tracking and product distribution.

- One (1) year clerical experience in a customer service environment in any industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Word processing and data entry involving computer keyboard and screens, distribution of reports, filing and copying of records and/or correspondence, distribution of supplies and automobile travel within the Inland Empire
- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs.
- Items weighing more than 50 lbs. will require assistance when moving
- Be able to stand for long periods at a time
- Must have a valid California Driver's license and valid automobile insurance
- Must qualify and maintain driving record to drive company vehicles based on IEHP insurance standards of no more than three (3) points
- Familiarity with U.S. Postal Office procedures preferred
- Familiar with personal computer applications: Microsoft Office and Windows operating system and strong written and verbal communications skills
Pay Range
- $21.00 USD Hourly - $26.21 USD Hourly
