Job Summary:
As the Sales Coordinator for Groups & Events at iFLY Colorado Springs, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team while ensuring the seamless execution of group bookings and events. You'll oversee the flow of services for corporate, social, and educational groups, ensuring each experience is perfectly tailored and delivered. Additionally, you’ll manage social media efforts to promote events and attract new group bookings, collaborating across departments to ensure our exciting flight experiences are widely shared and promoted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active Sales Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking to generate new group and event bookings.
- Sales Team Support: Manage and coordinate the sales team’s activities related to group and event bookings, including assigning territories, setting quotas, and scheduling training.
- Group & Event Planning: Assist in planning group sales drives, corporate and social events, and educational activities. Prepare detailed quotes for potential customers and tailor experiences to their specific needs.
- Sales Materials: Organize resources for event and group sales presentations, maintaining up-to-date materials that highlight our group offerings.
