Reporting to the COO, This Strategic Technical Account Manager requires workplace solutions technology experience, and relevant tech / SaaS sector experience to join The USA team. You will partner with our customers, helping them to fully utilize the solutions This is a great opportunity to develop your career in a forward thinking, client focused organisation working with some fantastic customers.

A few of the Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Forecast sales and revenue projection
  • Develop and implement the original sales owned account plans
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
  • Plan for and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and secure contract renewals.
  • Work with the presales (engineering) team to scope new opportunities for revenue generation through new service line based on mapping client request.
  • As required, support the sales team with materials, presentations etc to provide credibility and experience from existing accounts

A few Key Skills and Experience

3 years’ experience in a strategic account management role within a technical, SaaS environment, preferably within a Global organization in workspace solutions technology experience , we really need someone who understands workplace solutions sector (eg facilities or RE Director in a large business)

  • Experience in technical troubleshooting and product development interfacing to solve and grow client offerings.
  • Experience in customer facing roles including pre-sales,
  • Experience of selling and negotiating commercial and contract terms with clients.
  • Ability to work with and coordinate a variety of stakeholders across all levels.
  • An up-to-date knowledge of and a deep interest in technology.
