Overview:
Purpose of the position is to schedule appointments, project timelines. Work will be performed in accordance with day-to-day tasks, specific to each client’s needs, alongside Computer Network Engineers, and the Office Coordinator.
- As a scheduler, your main functions are:
- Answers phones and emails, Create IT tickets and schedule and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into Connectwise.
- Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Speak with customers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments
- Email or mail reminders to customers or clients when appropriate
- Resolve appointment conflicts for staff and customers or clients
- Schedule staff coverage in order to ensure the company's best operations standard.
- Check service board for any new or need to schedule tickets.
