We're looking for a passionate and visionary Director of Product Management to lead the development of our AI-powered HR tech products and shape the future of workforce talent acquisition and talent development. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a product that is poised to transform the industry.

This is a remote role based in the United States. 

Ideal candidates are based in the Greater Boston Area. 

Occasional travel is anticipated.  

In this role, you will:

• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our AI-powered HR tech products, ensuring a human-centered approach that focuses on creating intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences.
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products that solve real-world HR challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the CPO and with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and features.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working with engineering teams to deliver innovative features and functionalities.
• Conduct user research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product development.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on data-driven insights and strategic goals.
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
• Communicate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead the recruitment, development, and management of a high-performing team to drive product strategy and achieve business objectives.

You are:

• A visionary product leader with a passion for AI-powered solutions, especially within high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
• 5 years of leadership experience in product management with a track record of success in delivering innovative products to market.
• Experienced in designing for AI-driven or complex data-rich products
• Deeply passionate about human-centered design and utilizing research-based, data-driven experiences to support learning and development.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• An exceptional communicator and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills.
• An advocate for using technology to solve real-world problems and improve equitable learning and development outcomes for all.
• Prefer working in a fast-paced startup environment, embracing the challenge of building new systems and making foundational product decisions.
• Experienced in managing outsourced resources and demonstrating a flexible approach to resource management to meet changing business needs.
• A seasoned manager  with a track record of success in building and scaling product teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering Psychology or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
