Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine their needs and interests
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits
- Answer customer questions regarding products and pricing
- Suggest additional products or services that meet customer needs
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Participate in team sales meetings and training programs
Sales Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
