Requirements
- 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing is preferred but not required to join!)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Knowledge of Boolean search strings or excellent research capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized in deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
