Your Responsibilities as an Entry Level Retail Sales Associate:
- Work with customers directly to hear their product preferences and present them with options that suit their needs
- Build relationships that last through the full sales-cycle to retain customers and promote brand loyalty
- Utilize your negotiation skills and upselling techniques with customers when applicable
- Manage customer accounts by handling contract and product renewals, order tracking, and service troubleshooting
- Manage communication activity accurately to ensure records are up to date
- Provide clear guidance on services, billing, and product features to enhance the customer experience
- Identify opportunities to manage client retention through proactive communication and thoughtful follow-up
- Coordinate with internal Entry Level Retail Sales Associate team managers and management to manage customer concerns and meet service delivery standards
