Key Job Responsibilities

  • Expand Ignition CX’s Client Base: We seek a skilled hunter with a track record of acquiring new clients.
  • Analyze Customer Needs and Create Solutions: Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Cultivate Strong Relationships with Partners and Vendors: Strengthen partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
  • Explore New Verticals and Develop Strategies: Investigate untapped markets and devise plans for growth.
  • Leverage Market Knowledge and Competitor Insights: Understand industry trends and competitors to inform decision-making.
  • Execute Growth Strategies: Implement plans to expand the client base, increase revenue, and achieve strategic goals.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with teams to execute new business initiatives.
  • Implement Effective Marketing Strategies: Promote and differentiate the company’s products and services.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance to Executives: Advise on business trends and new service/product development.
  • Stay Informed at Industry Functions: Attend events to keep up with market trends and gain creative insights.
  • Prioritize Customer Needs: Anticipate and deliver user-centric solutions.


Anticipated Salary Range:
Competitive salary plus targeted commission that will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications, including education, experience, and competency for the role.

Travel requirement:

  • Travel of one week per month in the US

Experience:

  • Business development: 7 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 3 years in Telecommunications, Home Services and/or CX industries (Preferred)
  • A proven track record on achieving new business client growth.
