About the Role
Ignyte is looking for an Operations Consultant to join our team and help build a new type of consulting company. Our Operations Consultants are passionate about creating innovative solutions across various industries that address critical business problems using the latest BPM technologies.
Responsibilities
- 5 years of mixed experience in consulting or operations analysis and project management
- Experience in developing and implementing various Standard Operating Procedures
- Ability to devise and utilize operating model to identify areas of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for process improvement
- Experience in facilitating working sessions with all-level stakeholders to arrive at critical business decisions
- Experience developing, coordinating and leading training to identify, build, and incentivize lasting change within a group of stakeholders or organization
- Ability to formulate and implement operational plans including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management
- Ability to create high-quality presentations, financial models, and analyses, and other deliverables and present them to clients and upper management
- Ability to leverage attained knowledge to develop creative and innovative solutions that address client’s business problems
- Experience in developing financial models with a strong understanding of business analysis, budget management, and evaluation
- Possesses strong ability to develop and manage work plans to address client requests and tasks
- Experience leading small to medium teams by example to achieve project goals and complete major deliverables
- Comfortable working with groups at all levels and across organizations, as well as sensitivity to individual, group, and organizational dynamics
- Hard working, self-motivated individuals who are comfortable handling ambiguity and able to successfully complete tasks within deadlines with limited supervision
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information to draw accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions
- Ability to set, manage, and meet expectations and deadlines
- Ability to assist in proposal writing for business development opportunities as requested
- Experience in transportation operations a plus
