What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Supervisor position at IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union?
IHMVCU is growing and we are seeking a passionate Branch Supervisor! This position will be located at the Davenport, Iowa branch.
A day in the life of a Branch Supervisor may include:
Successfully handling a variety of member and team member situations with professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.- Making sure the branch operations are running smoothly such as: vault/cash drawer balancing, coin counter, cash advance machines, check scanner, debit card machine, etc.
- Develop Universal Tellers and work to ensure that they feel informed about the policies, procedures and other relevant topics.
- Consistent one on one and observation coaching, along with motivating and energizing the team to be successful.
- Building professional and personable relationships with your members and team members by being attentive, actively listening and providing educated well thought out recommendations.
- Productively manage multiple tasks/projects at once and being adaptable within a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will need the following skills/qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Prior leadership within a financial institution, customer service or retail environment preferred.
- Strong history of proven relationship building performance.
- Exceptional member service, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Professional interpersonal communications and ability to motivate and coach the team.
- Known to be reliable, dependable and responsible in all situations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Salary : $30,600 - $38,700
