Branch Supervisor

IHMVCU is growing and we are seeking a passionate Branch Supervisor! This position will be located at the Davenport, Iowa branch.

A day in the life of a Branch Supervisor may include:

• 
  Successfully handling a variety of member and team member situations with professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
• Making sure the branch operations are running smoothly such as: vault/cash drawer balancing, coin counter, cash advance machines, check scanner, debit card machine, etc.
• Develop Universal Tellers and work to ensure that they feel informed about the policies, procedures and other relevant topics.
• Consistent one on one and observation coaching, along with motivating and energizing the team to be successful.
• Building professional and personable relationships with your members and team members by being attentive, actively listening and providing educated well thought out recommendations.
• Productively manage multiple tasks/projects at once and being adaptable within a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will need the following skills/qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Prior leadership within a financial institution, customer service or retail environment preferred.
• Strong history of proven relationship building performance.
• Exceptional member service, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Professional interpersonal communications and ability to motivate and coach the team.
• Known to be reliable, dependable and responsible in all situations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Standing: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.

• Lifting Demands Up to 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity to do things such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
