Description
We are looking for a motivated Server who can efficiently complete tasks like taking orders, answering menu questions, serving food to guests, handling payment transactions, and cleaning tables. A high level of interpersonal skills and a strong interest in guest satisfaction is ideal.
Server Responsibilities
- Take food and drink orders with accuracy while engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu in order to answer questions and make proper recommendations
- Be attentive to the needs and satisfaction of every customer and correct any problems
- Collect payments and understand how to split bills in a variety of ways
- Cross-sell and up-sell dessert or drink items as appropriate
