We are Looking for an energetic, detailed oriented, and self motavated individual to join our team. Fast paced and high volume restaurant with growth potential.
Responsabilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the achievement of budgeted sales and profits.
- Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with IHOP restaurant hourly employees and guests.
- Implement the training program for all restaurant hourly emplyees to improve operations and the guest experience.
- Comply with SOP to ensure proper operations.
- Ensure safety and sanitation practices are maintained according for local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist in completion of daily reports and paperwork.

Requirements:
- Two Years of Restaurant mangment experience
- Drivers Licence
- Open avaibility for Days or Nights
- Basic Computer Skills
- Must be Team Oriented
- Good at multi tasking under pressure
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Positive attitue with a passion for the guest expierience
- Able to communicate effectivly with guests and employees
