As a high-achiever District Manager, you would act as the key link between headquarters and assigned district’s branches. You will help branches stay up to date with company policies and you will ensure focus on increasing sales and building productive customers’ relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of the district's day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
- High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of Profits and Loss, Financials, and product variances.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds
