We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates and cost plans for construction projects.
- Evaluate and negotiate costs related to materials, labor, and equipment.
- Provide cost advice and assistance during the pre-construction and contract phase.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess costs, ensuring adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop effective cost control measures.
- Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
