Job Description Job Requirements: Provide leadership and direction for production operations. Bachelor of Engineering (preferably ME). Minimum 5 progressive years in operations as superintendent or supervisor. Proven track record of continuous improvement in production rates, levels of quality, and waste reduction. Driving process consistency and standardization across all shifts. Research and recommendation of new capital equipment purchases. Highly developed leadership, change management, interpersonal, communication and people skills to drive plant performance. Demonstrated ability to build team capability. Proven track record of operational enhancement, capital projects and operational improvements. Lean Manufacturing experience, a plus.
