My client is an employment and business litigation firm based in Morristown, NJ. They are looking for an experienced career Paralegal to join their incredible team. They have a positive working culture, are growing organically, and like to do things a bit differently to traditional law firms. So if you have 3 years of paralegal experience, are forward-thinking, and enjoy working with a great team then this is the role for you!
In the role of Litigation Paralegal, you will assist a team of attorneys with all stages of the litigation process. Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Assisting with case management / filings
- Attorney calendar management
- Creation and formatting of legal documents
- Organization / preparation of client files and litigation records
- Legal research
- Supporting attorney correspondence
They are seeking a career paralegal who loves to be a paralegal. There will be growth as the firm grows, but always in a paralegal capacity.
M&A or transactional experience is a plus, employment / business law experience is not required.

This is a HYBRID working role, the team are in the office on Wednesday, plus one other day each week. Three days a week are work from home.
