Responsibilities include performing technical support for clients, technical project implementations, and other IT functions.

- Windows 7/8/10/11 (troubleshooting, optimization, malware removal, re-installation)
- Computer hardware knowledge (troubleshooting and upgrading)
- Advanced Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, subnets, basic routing, DNS, VLANs)
- Windows Server hardware/administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Permissions, Sharing)
- Website Development (WordPress, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
