Position Description:

The position of Pre-Roll Technician you will be responsible for the production and preparation of pre-rolled cannabis products. Your primary role will involve efficiently rolling and packaging cannabis flower into pre-rolls, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Execute the production process of pre-rolled cannabis products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes weighing, grinding, and rolling cannabis flower into pre-rolls using appropriate tools and techniques.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Prepare flower material for pre rolling process.

· Operate pre roll machine and knock box.

· Monitor environmental conditions in the Pre-Roll space.

· Maintain machinery that is used in the Post-Harvest space and other areas of work.

· Package Post-Harvest product.

· Transport product to secure inventory areas.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of Ilera Holistic Healthcare process SOPs and work instructions.

· Ensure proper communication of tasks through shift changes.

· Adhere to safe chemical handling and disposal procedures as defined by SOPs and material safety data sheets (MSDS).

· Ensure the safety of themselves and others by maintaining a safe and orderly environment by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning as needed.

· Report any unsafe or hazardous work conditions to the Trimmer Supervisor.

· Work all shifts as needed to complete critical tasks.

· Uphold Ilera Holistic Healthcare quality and teamwork objectives in all job aspects.

· Perform duties in Post Harvest department and other areas as needed and required.

· Maintain personal training documentation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· Exceptional attention to detail.

· Self-motivated to learn and improve.

· Strong mathematical skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide various units of measure.

· Proficient in computer programs including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications, and e-mail.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, constantly changing, team environment.

· Effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.

· Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting and/or walking for extended periods.

· Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

· Ability to read, interpret, and apply information obtained from manuals, data sheets, or other documents.

· High School Diploma or GED is required.

· Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.

· Must be and remain compliant with all company regulations.

Background Check Requirement:
