Your Role...
This position is a face of IECU to develop current and new member financial relationships.
The ideal Teller will be able to demonstrate knowledge and abilities for the position. Candidates who can work within procedural guidelines and strive to be an active part of the team.
We ask candidates to bring strong communication skills along with a trustworthy and enthusiastic spirit, an understanding of customer service and we will provide you with training lead the successful career you have been looking for.
Your daily workday may look something like this :
- Provide a warm, inviting welcome to our members through the process of member interactions
- Providing transactional support to our members, handling cash and other negotiable items with accuracy and efficiency
- Share our financial products and services with our members
- Performs updates for members to ensure accuracy and support fraud awareness during member interactions
- Completes daily open / close Teller operations per outlined procedures
The Requirements...
Our desired candidate will have at least 6 months of cash handling experience, attention to detail and a desire to provide great customer service.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, additional training or Associates degree a plus.
Availability Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm; Saturday rotation hours 9 : 00am-1 : 00pm.
