Summary: The Authority is seeking an undergraduate or graduate intern to be a short-term member of the Multifamily Financing team. The team is responsible for evaluating (e.g., scoring, structuring, underwriting) multifamily proposals requesting loans and grants from the Authority.

The ideal candidates will be working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree. An interest in community development and finance is desired. Individuals should possess the ability to work independently, perform analysis, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing new software to manage the department’s workflow, including data entry, cleanup, and organization.
- Aid with updating and standardizing documents related to the Authority’s first mortgage lending and tax-exempt bond programs.
- Additional duties as assigned to encourage learning about the department.
