Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Student Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting prospective students to our CNA program. The ideal candidate will have a background in school admissions and a passion for helping individuals pursue careers in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract prospective students to our CNA program.
- Represent Illinois Nursing Academy at recruitment events, career fairs, and high schools to promote our vocational training programs.
- Conduct informational sessions and presentations to showcase the benefits of our CNA curriculum to prospective students and their families.
- Cultivate relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and healthcare facilities to increase awareness of our program and facilitate student referrals.
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with admissions staff to ensure a seamless transition for admitted students.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in school admissions or student recruitment, preferably in a vocational or healthcare education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the Certified Nursing Assistant curriculum and healthcare industry (preferred).
