This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven professional with a deep understanding of estate and trust administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate filings and court procedures
- Prepare federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary accountings, and related documents
- Communicate extensively with clients, financial planners, and accountants
- Handle asset distributions, trust funding, and real estate deed work
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements (NJ, NY, FL probate knowledge is a plus)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in trust and estate administration
- Strong mathematical and communication skills
- Proficiency in estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred (JD/paralegal candidates will also be considered)
Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary range: $76,500 – $162,500
