Role Description
We are seeking Skilled Tradesmen for Welding and Millwright Services with prior years experience to join our team. Positions are available for both part time and full time employment. The available positions are for project both in and out of state. Responsibilities include performing welding tasks, millwright services, structural assembly, equipment installation, and preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple heavy industrial facilities. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with safety standards, collaborate with team members, and maintain equipment for optimal performance. Multi process welding experience is desired, but not required. Employees must be solution driven and motived for task completion at the highest level of safety standards.
Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (DOE)

Experience:
- ASME Code Experience
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
- Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Experience in Millwright operations, including equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
- Knowledge of structural assembly and modifications
- Understanding of preventive and corrective industrial maintenance practices
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines
- Experience with MSHA safety standards is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in relevant trade or technical training is preferred
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and independently
