Position Summary
Reporting to the SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development, the M&A Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing and refining ImageFIRST's corporate strategy, supporting M&A activities through rigorous due diligence and valuation analyses, and ensuring successful integration of acquired assets. This is a highly visible position that represents an opportunity to work on a team that has significant involvement with the Board and CEO and is an opportunity for a high-performing analyst with prior investment banking or other advisory experience to make a significant impact on a company that is a leader in healthcare services during a period of transformative growth.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy (85%)
- Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information
- Perform valuation and ad hoc financial analyses
- Coordinate and perform commercial due diligence and execute M&A transactions
- Prepare internal presentations for senior management and Board of Directors
- Assist in target identification, screening, and prioritization by conducting market assessments and analyzing potential acquisition targets
- Build relationships and maintain direct contact with targets, prospective targets, and professional advisors
- Communicate effectively with all members of the team, including the supervision
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence to pinpoint critical industry trends impacting the ImageFIRST business
- Create post-acquisition integration frameworks to maximize deal value and ensure smooth transitions
- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and areas requiring attention
- Implement integration playbooks, project plans, and execution checklists aligned with buy thesis
- Support cross-functional integration teams with data analysis, milestone tracking, and regular progress reporting to senior management
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure integration success and deal value capture
- Conduct post-integration assessments to identify best practices and continuously refine the company's integration methodology
- Support change management initiatives and facilitate communication between acquired and existing teams
- 2-3 years of experience of corporate finance, transaction advisory services, or consulting from a top tier firm
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Outstanding research capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Undergraduate degree from a reputable university
- Prior experience in healthcare services M&A or facility services.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for deal tracking and financial reporting.
- Exposure to private equity transactions and understanding of buy-side deal processes.
- Passion for applying financial expertise to drive growth through strategic acquisitions.
