What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Operations & Strategic Execution position at Imaginary Content?
About Us
We’re a boutique creative agency with a track record of world-class work for global brands. Our team is small but mighty — and we’re looking for a right hand to the CEO who can help us scale smart, protect our standards, and bring order to the creative chaos. This isn’t a sidekick role — this is a core leadership seat.
About You
You’re highly organized but flexible. Strategic, but hands-on. You’ve led projects or internal operations before — probably at a creative agency, production studio, or fast-moving startup. You know how to push timelines forward, advocate for clarity, and keep teams accountable — without being the bottleneck or the bad cop. You love solving problems before they land on your boss’s plate.
THIS JOB IS 100% ONSITE IN NORWALK CT.
