Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Provide exceptional guest services, including answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns or issues
Engage with children in a fun, positive, and friendly manner, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Supervise and participate in activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. Greet and check in customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
· Ensure that all required waivers are signed by parents or guardians before entry.
Ensure that toys and play equipment are promptly placed back in their designated spots once children are done playing.
· Maintain a clean and organized play area, ensuring it is always safe and inviting for children. Monitor children's activities to ensure they adhere to safety rules and guidelines.
· Educate customers on the benefits of our membership programs. Promote party packages tailored to various customer needs, such as birthdays, family gatherings, and special events.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services related field is preferred
-Experience working with children and families ( Required)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience operating a cash register, and guest check ins.
- Ability to handle situations with professionalism and poise
Skills
- Ability to work well with children and families
-Excellent guest services and customer service skills
- Strong food service and cash handling skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Seasonal
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
