Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• 5 years in testing processes, test automation, and software QA
• 5 years developing test strategy, test cases, evaluating and executing scripts
• 5 years with SDLC and standard QA practices
• 5 years in developing Test Plans using ServiceNow Test Management/Testing Module (Mandatory)
• 5 years SQL and scripting experience (Nice to Have)

Job Description:

The Idaho Supreme Court is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer – Test Plan Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of test plans for the rollout of a Role-Based Access Web Application designed to enable secure search, viewing, and downloading of permissioned content and documents.

MUST HAVE: Experience with ServiceNow Test Management Module.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce test plans and testing strategies
• Coordinate and manage testing efforts and testers
• Execute test plans where necessary
• Automate test results and analytics
• Create comprehensive test documentation and progress reports
• Recommend frameworks/tools for automated regression testing
• Ensure defect-free deployments through rigorous QA processes
• Conduct risk assessment and measurement related to testing
• Devise sampling procedures and QA documentation methods
• Ensure full compliance with SDLC standards and QA best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Test Management Module
• Solid working knowledge of SQL, scripting, and Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience in managing QA for large-scale applications in the public sector is a plus
