We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on structure, owns the details, and can lead high-stakes AV installations from start to finish with clarity, accountability, and confidence.
✅ Your Role at a Glance
- Own the full project lifecycle—from engineering to installation, commissioning, and handoff
- Ensure each project hits its performance targets: scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders at every step
- Coordinate with internal teams (Project Coordinator, Foreman, Procurement, Engineering) to ensure seamless execution
- Identify design changes, facilitate change orders, and drive decision-making with clients
- Walk job sites regularly to assess progress and quality

🛠 Your Day-to-Day Might Include
- Developing and refining project processes to maximize efficiency and outcomes
- Coaching site teams and supervising installers/subcontractors
- Leading meetings with stakeholders to assess program status and client satisfaction
- Driving toward a 10/10 Net Promoter Score (NPS) for every project
- Working on-site to ensure safe, quality installations and seamless client experiences
- Coordinating with procurement to align material deliveries with construction schedules
- Submitting billing info and tracking project financials accurately
- Staying current on AV technologies through continuous training
📌 You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 5 years in AV integration project management (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of construction and job site dynamics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel locally to job sites
- PMP or CTS certification (preferred but not required)
💻 Tools Environment
- Hybrid: 2-3 days in office, remainder on job sites
- Construction environments require appropriate PPE
- Requires ability to lift 25 lbs, walk job sites, and sit for extended periods
