The Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining the schedules of company WMWB Clinicians. Scheduling engagements, and direct client contact regarding schedules and changes of those schedules. Scheduler will develop knowledge of individual employee’s availability and skill level in order to match them appropriately with clients.
Other duties include using administrative skills and responding to clients and potential clients.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Answering office phone.
- Matching client schedule with Clinician.
- Assuring that the schedule is current and up to date at any given time.
- Office and clerical activities as directed.
- Input of information into computer system.
- Support and assist other office staff as needed.
- Able to use and learn scheduling software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, conversational, telephone and written.
- Demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness with prospective clients and others who may communicate with the agency.
- Software experience with word, excel and other applications
- Checking Eligibility using software and contacting insurance companies directly.
- Assisting with Tagging Items off focura and send to Appropriate staff members
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Able to organize large amounts of information and take appropriate action.
- Thorough knowledge of Clinician responsibilities.
- At least 1 yr. experience in the medical field
- Able to work between 8am & 5pm (Monday through Friday)
