Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented business Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal case management and administrative tasks within an immigration law firm setting.

Responsibilities:

Specific experience of at least 3 years with L-1, E-2, PERM, I-140 and associated petitions

- Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations
- Manage and maintain client files in an organized manner
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and other legal documents
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and interviews
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Transcribe legal documents and correspondence as needed

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Experience with contract review and drafting
- Proficiency in INSZOOM or similar document management software
- Excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and government agencies
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research on immigration matters
- Proficient in transcribing legal documents accurately
- Administrative skills to support attorneys in case preparation
- Previous experience as a Paralegal with knowledge of legal case management
