What You'll Do:
You’ll represent us in the field, meeting with business owners and decision-makers to offer solutions that support their employees. You don’t need sales experience to start, but you do need to be focused, self-motivated, and ready to put in the work.
- Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present tailored solutions based on client needs
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business
- Work independently while collaborating with leadership to refine sales strategies and meet business objectives
- Track sales progress and maintain accurate records using CRM tools

- Clear, confident communicator with a talent for connecting with people
- Self-starter who stays focused, follows through, and takes ownership of their results
- Comfortable meeting face to face with business owners and decision-makers
- Organized and able to manage your day independently while following a structured plan
- Sales experience is not required, just a willingness to learn and openness to coaching
