Job Description

Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacture  has an immediate opening for a Technical Customer Support Specialist  for a 12 Month Contract . Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day! CANDIDATES MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO EITHER A 9 : 30am - 6 : 00pm or 10 : 30am - 7 : 00pm shift. FULLY ONSITE ROLE

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Answers phone calls / emails and provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging equipment.
  • Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
  • Reports issues in Salesforce.
  • May be involved in customer training
  • Provides support to customer / users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma required
  • 2 years in a technical support role either with Medical Products, IT or Professional Services
  • Proved track record of being reliable, on-time and dependable team member
  • 1-2 years experience working with Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Quick learner and study of products to learn support requirements.
  • Salary : $28 - $30
