Job Summary: The Senior Workforce Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing workforce development programs and initiatives aimed at empowering individuals to enter or re-enter the workforce successfully. This role combines program management, recruitment, and community engagement to facilitate the economic self-sufficiency of program participants.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement workforce development programs that align with the organization’s mission and goals
- Assist in creation of curriculum and training materials tailored to the needs of program participants
- Stays informed about labor market trends, industry needs, and workforce development best practices
- Develop outreach and recruitment strategies to drive enrollment objectives
- Identify eligible participants for workforce programs
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of participant information, progress, and outcomes
- Prepare regular reports on program effectiveness and participant achievements
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with local employers, educational institutions, and community organizations to create job opportunities and training partnerships
- Facilitate workshops and training opportunities for program participants to interact with employers
- Connect participants to supportive services and resources within the community
- Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Standard office environment. Requires ability to operate telephone and personal computer for extended periods of time. Occasional travel.

- Ohio Driver’s License and reliable transportation and ability to meet Agency’s transportation insurance requirements
