The Assembler plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by performing a variety of tasks to ensure high-quality product assembly and compliance with industry standards. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a team-oriented production environment.
Principal Accountabilities
All background checks will be conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
A candidate's background will not be used as the sole basis for disqualification unless it is determined to be directly related to the responsibilities of the position.

Principal Accountabilities
- Obtain and maintain certifications in IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.
- Meet all production requirements, including:
- Reading, understanding, and navigating Fusion documentation.
- Successfully completing the Component Identification Quiz.
- Operating in-line washers and depaneling products according to work instructions.
- Performing accurate in-process inspections.
- Perform potting, prepping, stuffing, and selective solder operations as required by the team.
- Assist the Shipping Clerk as needed.
- Ensure that all products are tagged, bagged, packaged, and labeled in accordance with customer and/or shipping specifications.
- Follow work instructions and customer requirements to ship products accurately.
- Complete all computer transactions quickly and accurately.
- Navigate and use multiple software applications to support production tasks.
- De-kit jobs and return components to appropriate inventory locations.
- Must be a U.S. person as defined under ITAR (22 CFR 120.15 and 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20)).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Current certification in IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
