Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule fire protection repairs/installation for our customers. This includes scheduling, tracking, and communicating with both the sub and the customer.
• Project Management (Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, Backflow, Hood Systems, Fire Alarm) or have worked for a Service Company.
• Both written and verbal business to business correspondence

Job Qualifications:

• Outgoing & Personable Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Customer service (Business to Business)
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to maintain professional composure when under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong typing skills.
• Experience in MS office, Word, Excel & Outlook
• Ability to meet firm deadlines.
• Ability to successfully pass a company background check and drug test.
