What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Director position at Impact Learning Center?
Impact Learning Center is looking to add a Center Director to our leadership team! If you have extensive experience in early childhood education and a passion for leading a team, the Center Director role might be for you! As a Center Director you will educate parents, teachers, and leaders on the value of early childhood education and help that vision come to life!
When you join our team as a Center Director you will:
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and partners
- Assist Executive Director in leading teaching staff, supporting families, and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives
- Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
Qualifications, Skills, Education, and Experience
- Director: Minimum 3 years of Leadership or Management Experience
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills required
- CDA and Directors Credential required
- AA or higher in education field required
- At least three years of early childhood education experience required, with an understanding of developmentally appropriate practices and the ability to ensure its use in the classroom is preferred
- Professional, cooperative, and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance is a must!!!
Salary : $42,000 - $52,000
