Impact Living Services is searching for a Community Stabilization Program Coordinator!

ILS is seeking qualified, licensed outpatient coordinators to be a part of our growing team.
This is a SALARIED Position with extra Monthly Bonus Pay for all extra direct care work provided beyond the job description paid at $50 per hour.
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team approximately 5-7 Crisis Staff
Providing at least 10 hours per week (40 monthly) of direct care work with crisis clients (Assessments, live supervision and support of QMHP staff during sessions, cover for QMHP staff when needed, etc.). Any Direct Care Hours worked above 40 hours monthly required will result in extra Bonus Hourly Pay of $100 per hour.
Verifying required documentation and checking compliance of counselors
Managing incoming Community Stabilization and Counseling referrals
Completing crisis authorization requests with insurance (Medicaid MCOs)
Coordinating with MCOs regarding case updates and ensuring clients are linked to appropriate aftercare services
Maintaining relationships with referral sources and marketing to new referral sources
Assess and disperse incoming referrals to crisis staff
Onboard and ongoing training of new community counseling staff
Verifying clinical integrity and oversight of counselors documentation
Interviewing applicants for community counseling positions

Qualifications:
- Must possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- Must be Licensed or Licensed Eligible (LMHP-R) by the Virginia Department of Health Professions (DHP).
- Minimum of 5 years of direct clinical experience working with children/adolescents and adults who have been diagnosed with a mental illness.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass all child protective services, criminal history and DMV background checks
- Be a self-starter with good organizational and time management skills
- Must have positive, hopeful and professional attitude
Experience:
- 5 years working with at-risk children and families with a mental health diagnosis (required)
Education:
- Master’s (Required)
License:
- LMHP or LMHP-R (Required)
