About the Role:

Impact Promotions is currently hiring for one full-time Graduate Management Trainee to join our Charlotte-based team. This is an in-person, customer-facing role designed for recent graduates who are ready to gain real-world experience in sales and business operations.

You’ll work directly with customers, presenting products and services, building rapport, and helping them make informed choices. With hands-on guidance and full product training provided, this opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is excited about learning and growing in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in person to promote and explain products and services
• Support sales campaigns and initiatives across the Charlotte area
• Represent client brands with professionalism and clarity during face-to-face interactions
• Assist with event setup and customer engagement at promotional venues
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets
• Track and report on performance metrics to support continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals
