What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of IT Security position at IMPACT Technology Recruiting?
Our client, located in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Director of IT Security on a Permanent basis.
Note:
On-site requirement: Must be available to work on-site 100%; remote options are not available.
Must be US Citizen, GC Holder or GC EAD (No 3rd parties please)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field preferred
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA (or similar certifications).
- 10 years of IT Security experience, with leadership roles in multi-location, enterprise organizations
- 5 years of working experience with a publicly traded company required
- Proven ability to build and present security metrics and dashboards to executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success implementing incident response processes across large, multi-unit businesses.
- Strong knowledge of data security frameworks, risk management, and compliance controls.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
