We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Front Counter Representative to join our distribution team. This role requires expertise in tire sizes and specifications, as well as the ability to process orders efficiently and support warehouse logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with tire selection and ordering.
- Input orders accurately into the system, ensuring all details are correct.
- Provide expert knowledge on tire sizes, specifications, and related products.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to route orders efficiently, maintaining attention to detail.
- Support other areas of the warehouse with logistics and inventory management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the tire or **automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of tire sizes, specifications, and related products.
- Excellent attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using order entry systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory processes.
